Turbo Tax Premier Error - Cannot save return

I tried to save the return, and received an error message as follows:

102348: Cannot save tax file or File not found

All the fixes stated here, e.g., change to save in another location, etc., do not work. It appears to be a bug in Turbo Tax bug! It is horrible to experience this when the deadline is close. Is there any walkaround?

Try saving the file to another drive.

I never received my refund. It just has said the same thing since April.. Return received currently processing. How can I file taxes if I'm still waiting for 2023 return?
