Turbo Tax Premier 2023 Activation Issue

I purchased and downloaded the Turbo Tax Premier version.  Everything was fine.  The first time it said please sign in to activate product but it said it was time to change your password.  So I changed it.

Then it was stuck on the activation step.  I am getting the busy indicator.  After waiting 30 minutes, I felt it was stuck.  So, I closed the window, and restarted 2023.  Same thing.  Then I closed it and restarted my machine.  Then uninstalled the project I downloaded and reinstalled.  Same thing.   I am on windows 11 Pro with a blazing fast configuration.

What should I do?

There could be a number of issues causing this.

Thanks for the article.  I turned off windows firewall, then uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked.
