Turbo Tax not taking my payment for my taxee

I’m trying to pay TT for doing my taxes & it will not take my payment. All the information is correct but it’s not taking it. It’s giving the error of check your information or CV number. I don’t know what’s going on with it.

Try disabling your main internet browsers pop up blocker before getting to the payment page.

I selected payment plan option for my federal taxes and still haven’t heard from turbo tax on how that’s going or the IRS. Do I keep waiting or do I need to take action?
