Turbo tax keep saying i dont need form 8862 but i keep getting rejected by irs they say i do need the form how do i get the form to show up

This can be found in the Deductions & Credits section of TurboTax. You can quickly get to this screen by

• Logging into your account
• In the search box (located in the upper right hand corner) type 8862
• Click the Jump to 8862 link that appears in the search results
• Continue through the interview until you reach the Do any of these uncommon situations apply? screen
• Click the button next to We got a letter/notice from the IRS telling us to fill out an 8862 form to claim the Earned Income Credit.
