I cannot download it to my PC.

You are not suppose to share it. It can be installed on 5 computers you own. You have to log into the same account each time. Did you log into your friend's account?

And you need to delete your picture. It has the code and your email address on it. Although the License Code is short.

Your problem is caused by the fact that you allowed your friend to use HIS account to get the download, so now every one of those five downloads has to be linked with HIS account. The rules got stricter this year. So now----here you are----the one who purchased the software? --- and you cannot put it on one of YOUR computers. It can only be put on five of your friend's computers.
