I request your advice:
Turbo Tax Premier desktop is not able to import my 1099-B of my RSU sales from Morgan Stanley at work.
I logged in to atwork.morganstanley.com and enabled access for third party. After that, I tried going into TurboTax - tried to import from "Stocks section of Investment income. Turbo Tax still doesn't allow me to login to Morgan Stanley with the same password. I tried Skip import, and entered the account number, EIN number of Morgan Stanley, but still doesn't and leads me to enter each sale manually which may be error prone.
Is there any way I can import or upload the 1099-B file into TurboTax?
Request your advice. Thank you.

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.
If you use the Brave browser, you have to turn off the Brave Shields.

I used both desktop and Internet version. Can't make it work.
What just worked for me is in this post https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/taxes/discussion/having-trouble-importing-from-morgan-stanley-erro...
Basically remove the special characters from your password and it works. This is 100% a coding issue on the Intuit TurboTax folks that *should be fixed* and violates all kinds of best practices when choosing strong passwords.
But Morgan Stanley requires special characters in the password!!! It's like a deadlock!!!
