Turbo tax is supposed to have an option to file for free. I was not given that option and they are trying to charge me. Why is this?

Because it's only free for the very basics. They let you input all your data and then charge you to file when it doesn't qualify for the free version.

Is virginia supposed to get an extra child tax credit for year 2023 in 2024? I have 4 dependents and all of them say they qualify, but didn't receive full amount for them
