Turbo tax is not accepting my 1099-r payer zip cod e- I have deleted, reentered, double checked the zip code and it is correct, but TT will not accept it

Enter your own zip code, and see if the program will accept it and allow you to continue. 

The Payer's address information is not used by the program (or the IRS) to process your return. The only important information you need to enter about the Payer is their Federal ID number (FEIN). 

Another option would be to look up the Payer's website and use whatever address they have listed under their "Contact" information.

That does not work - I already tried changing it and deleting it - and yes I've checked the address per my message.  There is something clearly wrong in TT that is causing the glitch no matter what I do.

@jocgator Have you tried to delete the form and reinstall it? Please follow the instructions below to delete your tax forms.

Next, try clearing your cache and deleting your cookies after you made the other adjustments. Sometimes this can reset the changes made.
