The Payer's address information is not used by the program (or the IRS) to process your return. The only important information you need to enter about the Payer is their Federal ID number (FEIN).
Another option would be to look up the Payer's website and use whatever address they have listed under their "Contact" information.
That does not work - I already tried changing it and deleting it - and yes I've checked the address per my message. There is something clearly wrong in TT that is causing the glitch no matter what I do.

Next, try clearing your cache and deleting your cookies after you made the other adjustments. Sometimes this can reset the changes made.
