I have gone through this multiple times now with the same result. My federal taxes are in line with what I had last year. In my state taxes I normally receive less than $100. My W-2 shows that I paid in $8165 in state taxes. TurboTax is showing me a state refund of over $8200. My taxes are pretty simple. Not sure what’s going on. Any suggestions?

In my 20 plus years with turbo tax i find they do not make calculation errors. You should check for credits or check your input.. My guess is you put that money is the wrong place, or it got written down twice. good luck
I also expect a data error. Is there a way to see the tax form itself to see if I can spot the error? I don’t want to go into the “signing” stage for fear I might not be able to correct the issue when I find it.
I use the CD. TT premium but look for View up top and click Forms then click Print or Preview Print,
All forms necessary to file and you should get a PDF file to view or print and then save it. If your is different try to find print, or save as pdf.
