I will not be using turbo tax again. It is cumbersome with in adequate instruction on how to complete certain fields. i.e. review od up loaded tax documents from institutions. When I called for support everything was around updating browser etc. I found the AI system very annoying and time consuming. I ended up paying for tax expert support. I received 2 calls back and no one was on the line. I had 2 other c customer service ie calls that I was waiting 5-10 minutes on hold and then the calls were disconnected. When I called and asked to have my ac count closed and was immediatly sent up the chain to a fellow who connected me to the tax expert she was pleasant. But actually didn't assist with tax advise it was all tech support for issues she was unable to answer. Some of the actions I took with my calls from the support line turned out to be part of the problem. I got wrong advice. She ended up having to call in a tech support person. Some fields I was told to ignore. They weren't needed. So why were they there in the first place. It was a very unpleasent experience.
