Turbo tax is charging me twice for electronically filing my state taxes?

The only fees should be for federal filing and state filing , unless you chose to get your fees taken out of your return, which is an additional 39.99. See how to view your fees below: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4202093

I was issued a failed debit charge through my cash app bank from TurboTax and I’m not understanding if it’s the charge for filing the taxes or what it’s from
