Once I purchase this product how many times can I use it? I filed final taxes for a relative now I need to file trust taxes for 22,23. The trust has rental property and recently one sale of a property in 2023. All real property still owned by trust.

For TurboTax Desktop products, you can prepare as many 2023 returns as needed, but cannot be used for 2022 tax year returns. 

Up to five returns can be Efiled for free, and one free State can be downloaded for free.  Additional states are $40 normally.

You can only use it for the year it's for.  You need to buy a new program for each year.  And it's only available for Windows computers.

That link in the first top answer is for the new Live Assisted or Full Service for Business returns.  It's not part of the Business Desktop program but is a separate service
