Turbo Tax E Filing Reject

I have prepared my son's return for 2021. It keeps hanging up on an item that, apparently doesn't get even get filed with the return, but is a worksheet.

I am using TurboTax Premier. My son lives overseas. I filled out his taxes and when I ran the quality check it passed with minor errors that I corrected. I prepared a copy of the return for him to sign and file. Then I noticed that I could e-file so I attempted to do so. It then rejected it over the Schedule A for Sales Tax. When I looked at the .pdf I was about to send him, that form isn't even included in the filing, it's just a worksheet apparently for his records. Is this a defect with TurboTax?

What is the exact reject message?

It rejects the filing because it lacks information on the Schedule A Work Sheet for Sales Tax. My son lives overseas, his salary is exempt (Form 2555) and hasn't lived in the US. When I fix it its days it's ready to file and when I click file it takes me back to the Schedule A Worksheet.
