Turbo Tax Download

I am completely frustrated and frankly have had it with Turbo Tax.  I received my download version of Turbo Tax and downloaded it and it worked fine.  Later when trying to open it, it would not open and gave me message that something had gone wrong and that turbo tax had stopped working.  I have uninstalled my turbo tax and reinstalled and still get same message.  Life was much easier with the CD turbo tax.  At this point, I am done with Turbo Tax and want my money back.  It is over priced through Intuit as you can get it cheaper on Amazon.  Very disappointed after having used it for 10 plus years.  Pleae refund my money.
