Turbo Tax Deluxe wont efile my federal or state taxes

I go through all the reviews, set up my bank account, provide last year's AGI, PIN, sign the form and provide driver's license info and everything looks good on the "Review Your Federal Filing Choices. When I click "Continue" nothing happens. No warnings, no info, nothing.

I rebooted my computer, cleared cache, cookies and history, I am connected to the internet, Turbotax was able to download SW updates. This has been happening for 3 days now. I filed for an extension so I don't get penalized, but I'd rather efile so I get a confirmation and not just put something in the mail and hope it gets there.
