Turbo Tax crashes when I try to ammend my 2022 tax return, resulting in the total loss of my 2022 tax return

I received two late K-1s after I filed my 2022 tax return with Turbo Tax. My account recommend I file an ammended return using Turbo Tax. (The K-1s were for passive real estate losses which don't change the amount of tax I owe, but are inmportant if I ever decide to sell the passive real estate investments

When I opened Turbo Tax to amend my return, two bogus numbers (one showing I had a Colorado refund and the other showed I had a federal tax liability) immediately appeared at the top of the amended return before I entered even one  number. I tried to close the amended return, but Turbo Tax asked the question

"do you want to save this amended return"?  I answered No, and as a result I lost my entire 2022 tax return

GONE !.   I have worked hard to recover my lost return with no luck.  I need help from Turbo Tax

Fortunately, I save a PDF copy, but the Turbo Tax interactive 2022 tax return is GONE.

I am so sorry that this happened to you.  It is a hard lesson to learn.  Before you start any amend in TurboTax you must make a backup copy of the original taxfile.  The amend wipes out the original and there is no way to get it back.  I wish TurboTax would build a warning into the program or modify the program so that it creates a backup before amending. 

In your case at least you did have a pdf copy and could use that to recreate the original and then save that and amend it.  But once again I am sorry that this happened to you.
