If you chose to have your fees deducted from your refund, there is also an additional $39.99 fee for the refund processing service. This is in addition to the $59.99 plus $4.95.

Why is the app trying to charge me $300? I’ve uploaded my military W-2 so it should be free. I’ve been using the app for free for 12 years without this happening.
