Is Turbo Tax available for use prior to Dec 31?

The program (online and desktop) will be available but incomplete in the sense that all of the forms will likely not be finalized nor will the program be fully updated to reflect any changes in the law or regulations (and other components).

Of course, you will be able to actually enter information into the program.
