Turbo Tax Application Changes
The application did not have me upload last years tax returns. It appears to be starting from scratch. Why??? I need help.

Are you using the Online version or the Desktop program? Which did you use for 2018?
For Online, if it didn't transfer maybe you are not in the right account. It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used
