Turbo Tax 5 day earlier

We signed to get it 5 days earlier we filed 2/27/25 accepted same day just updated to issued 2/26/2025 .. I should have gotten it already? But checked and it's not there I don't mind waiting but why offer something if they can do there job to check like we check to get our mula..
