Turbo Tax 25 Premier Install Problems

After buying and downloading the windows install exe from premier 25, I run the .exe to install. It comes up with a bar saying extracting files, but after that ... nothing. Nothing gets installed.

How do I install the program after I have already paid for it?

Next try these steps: 
1. Go to this link and select the hyperlink "Access it here" to prompt a sign in
2. Sign into your TurboTax account 
3. Navigate to "Products & Billing" 
4. Select TurboTax 
5. Pick TurboTax Desktop 2025 "Licenses and downloads" 
6. Select "enter your license code here" to prompt a new download.
