Turbo tax 2025 will not install from online purchase

I am running windows 11, turbotax 2025 will not install on the computer, the file unzips but goes nowhere.

There can be many reasons for this and we cannot see what is happening or know anything about your W11 computer, so you should contact support. You can allow support to view what is happening
