I thought this deserved a new thread, not one left over from years gone by.
When I tried to activate Turbo Tax, after downloading, installing and updating it, I was met with a blank window. There was no place to enter the activation code. It turns out this is not a new problem, but one that goes back (at least) to the 2020 product. The workaround that did finally get me activated required changing screen resolution to 800x600, 1024x768, and whatever low res until I finally saw the box where the activation code was supposed to go. Not that I could type in the box, but at least I could see it. More fiddling with resolution showed that, amazingly, somehow, when I could NOT see anything happening, and could NOT (apparently) type in the box provided, one of my attempts at pasting my activation code had worked! So I was able to click on the activate button and get activated. If you are experiencing this problem all I can suggest is trying various low resolutions to your display until you might see something and get it to work.
Meanwhile, I find it hard to understand how this problem went unsolved since (at least) a year ago.
