Turbo Tax 2020 Business software

I tried to reopen my Turbo Tax 2020 Business software (I purchased the disk in 2020) and it is asking for the code again.  I lost my disk and don't have a code.  Any idea how to go about this?

Phone in and explain your situation to TurboTax Support.   TurboTax Support hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern), 7 days/week
