I paid for my Turbo Tax download on Nov. 4th, but I never received a notice to download the product. Can you help?

If you log into your Turbotax account, look a the link at the bottom of the page "Access my CD/Downloads" to see if the program download is listed.

Check your email spam folder for any missed communication from Turbotax.
