Turbo Tax 2019 Error Code

I am Attempting to install Turbo Tax 2019 so I can have all taxes on Turbo Tax. I purchased a new sealed copy of the disc but each time I enter the license code it keeps giving me the code. What can I do to get past this problem?

TurboTax does not support tax year 2019 so the license code is no longer valid.  You should request a refund for the purchase.
