Tuition and Fee Deduction for Alien Resident

I’m currently unemployed and taking Coursera’s courses that are related to my work field. Are those eligible to be claimed as tuition and fee deduction? Thanks

No, you cannot deduct those. Additionally Coursera does not meet the definition of a "qualified college" to claim a deduction.
