TT808 or TT414 pick one, one leads to the other.

I installed from download file.

Created 2 returns.

Constantly prompted for an update. TT fails to find an update, but says there is an update.

Manually download the update.

Apply update.

Now I get the stupid error that TT cannot open my tax return because it was created with a later version that the one installed. What the heck????????????????

That is TT414 error.

Click yes and TT is unable to determine if an update is available.

That's error TT808.

Why did I buy this "software"?
