TT update

I have TT Home & Biz for 2019. Today, 1/16/20 is the second time I had logged in since installing (12/27/19) that after the update, it's asking me to activate it with the License code. It happened last week (1/7-9) after an update.

Why is it asking again for the information, since I already have a tax return started. It only allows 5 computer loads, I don't want to waste those as I do have one more computer to put it on.

What gives?
