TT refuse to refund my money.

I requested refund since they are not able to resolve issue for the people who purchased electric vehicle in 2024 and claimed Clean Vehicle Credit .

All those who filed return with TT their tax has not been accepted by IRS yet.

Status still pending after days/weeks
TT does not want to admit it is glitch in their system and when it will be resolved.
The reason for nor refunding my money is : "because our Satisfaction Guaranteed policy only covers TurboTax CD/Download products".

After 10 years i am changing to HRblock.
And its even cheaper.
