Help. I prepared my 2017 returns on 10/15/2018 and paid for Turbo Tax Premier online that day.. I did not e-file that day because I needed another piece of information to input.
Now it is 11/03/2018 and I am trying to complete
When I sign in and hit Complete 2017 filing, step 1 download the .tax2017 file, step 2 appears to be telling me I need to repurchase because the online app is no longer accessible.
That does not seem right that I would only have 2 weeks access for $119.
Is this correct?
Please advise on steps I should take to rectify.
Thank you.

The online version of TurboTax for the 2017 tax filing season is closed permanently and forever, so TurboTax can prepare for the 2018 tax filing season. Additionally, the IRS closed e-filing for 2017 permanently on Oct 15th. So if you want to use TurboTax your only option is to download the CD version of the program, install it on your computer and use that to prepare and file your 2017 return. But since the IRS has closed e-filing for the 2017 tax season you will have to print, sign and mail it to the IRS.
You can get the CD Version of TurboTax 2017 at https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
If you have in fact, already paid for the online version then you can call TurboTax Support and once they confirm your payment, they will put the CD download into your online TurboTax account so you can download it, and then install it.

Take note that telephone support is only open M-F 5am - 5pm *PACIFIC* time. SO if you try the phone support link before then, you will *NOT* be provided a phone number to call.
Thank you so much! I will call on Monday. I really appreciate the help!!!
This is really frustrating. I talked to Customer Support. My information and payment of online on 10/15 was verified. I was told I would have a download available. Now I am at the computer and there is no download. My "resolved" case is not resolved. And the Help desk is closed until 11/13. Very very frustrating.
