TT does my taxes

I am interested in your feature where a TT expert does my taxes. How do I go about setting this up and seeing if it is for me?

If you are in Turbo Tax Online, the best way to request the service is to select upgrade in the left pane of your return. Then select the option that says Real experts Help or do it for you. 

Now you see prices for Live support for Deluxe, Premier, or Self-Employed. Now if you wish for a TT Expert to do your taxes, scroll to the bottom of the screen. You will see a caption that says everything in Live XXX plus: Select the additional fee button to find out how much it cost for Turbo Tax to prepare your return.

Yesterday I started down the path of the version in which an expert will review my taxes. I ran into two problems:

I asked to be connected toan expert. A message appeared that TT will chat in about 5 minutes. After 15 mins I gave up.

When asked to upload a pdf file of last year's return, it could  not do it,, said the name was not complete.

My questions now are a) is the long wait typical and b) is  there no way to correct the problem of download?

Wait times can be extended especially at the onset of the tax season - sorry for any inconvenience. Regarding the inability to upload last year's tax return, if you are able to post the entire error message verbatim, that would help us to help you further.
