TT Deluxe 2021 will not save the document I am creating.

Please clarify what you are trying to do?

• What document are you trying to create?
• Where are you entering the information in the TurboTax program?
• Do you have the Online, or Desktop / CD version of TurboTax?
• Are you working on 2021?

You night be trying to save it to a protected directory.....or you might not have write permission if you logged into your computer as a guest.

Try saving the tax return to your Desktop and see if it shows up there.

Some subtle differences can also occur if you are using a MAC vs a Windows computer...so it sometimes helps a lot to indicate which computer type you are using.

I am creating a Return with TT 2021Deluxe loaded from a CD. It will not save the File with SAVE or SAVE AS.
