Have you checked your forms in Forms Mode for any red exclamation marks?

I checked, but no. Closed TT and restarted, did updates, and now it transmitted correctly. The weird thing was getting no message - I've seen the yellow transmit error icon before, but always with an explanation. Obviously another bug somewhere.
