Trying to activate Premier 2024

Downloaded and got the license key. Went to activate. Got to a reduced size window, with title "TurboTax 2024 - Activation", that says "This account has an license code" and below that is some asterisks and the last 4 characters of my code. It says 0/5 Active.

I had to use scroll bars to look down and to the right to see a button that says "Activate TurboTax". Clicking that button does nothing.

In trying to troubleshoot, I turned off the Windows firewall temporarily. I made Chrome my default browser. I am running as an administrator. Computer running Windows 11. I have rebooted. I have applied Windows updates. Earlier in the process of opening TurboTax, it did do updates.

Closing that window, and then again opening TurboTax 2024 brings me back immediately to that same "TurboTax 2024 - Activation" window. Same non-responsive "Activate TurboTax" button.

There may be other issues going on with your computer. I see that you have already tried some troubleshooting steps. Additional troubleshooting steps are found in this help article. If you are still having trouble, you might also try these steps:

Run the Windows System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files.
Delete the downloaded file and download TurboTax again from InstallTurboTax.com. Sometimes files get corrupted during the download process.
Restart your computer in Selective Startup Mode, and then install TurboTax.
Install TurboTax on a different computer.
