Can your system process my credit card payment?

I input all required information and push make payment button but the message says the state value must be 2. Your system automatically puts in full state name (Virginia). Also the system syas zip code value must be between 2 and 14. I put in 5 digit (20170) but your system reads it as mismatching value. What's going on?

Try typing "VA" and make sure there's no space after your 5 digit zip code.
