Phn number not working says not valid must not start with a 1 or 0 in the first or fourth position. But it doesn't. What do I do

Try deleting it entirely, then entering it again. Don't include any parentheses or hyphens or spaces and be sure to include an area code (the entry should be exactly 10 numbers and nothing else).
