Trouble w filing MA return electronically

I did my taxes on line using TT. Everything was fine and I was able to file my federal return on line, but although I followed (I think) all the prompts during the process, I was told that I had a problem with my MA return and would have to be filed by mail.

It had something to do with where to apply out 1099R income on the MA Form 1.  
Right now I’m kind of in limbo.  I’d like to file on line, instead of mailing a wad of paper return to MA DOR.

Go back through the filing steps to e-file the return and tell us what the message says.   Take a screenshot if possible.
