Trouble to processing my billing address

If you are trying to pay the efile fee for your state, some people have had luck typing in '123 Main St' as the billing address. Leave the city, state and zip as is.

I moved in December 2023, I was waiting on my amended return but it says it was processed on April 2024. My address was not updated, was it was sent back? How do I get it
