Tried to open TT 2014 & 2015 which are on my Macbook. I got a recommended upgrade which I accepted. Now neither will open. They start and crash. What do I do?

I'd make sure you have the saved filed returns, the download TT for those years again, I never do the old software upgrades. it'd be really great if you had disks...
