Tried deleting W4 form (mistakenly initiated) and shows up in the final review that I need to complete it

I wanted to know more about how my W4 should be for 2022 but then changed my mind. During the federal review, Turbotax told me that I finish entering the W4. I went to the "Delete the form" section and deleted the W4 form but the Turbotax online keeps complaining about W4 entry. How do I get rid of this?

As long as you do not give it to your employer you can just leave the form with your other records.  It will not change your withholding.

After your attempt to delete the form, please clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. Also to add to what DanP0428 has mentioned above, you may review this thread.

I finally figured out that you have to delete both the W-4 form and the W-4 worksheet.

I was going to ask how you did this but then saw your other message and realized you have to delete both forms in order to get rid of the error.  Thank you.
