Transmisstion Didn't Go Through (FAILED_VALIDATION)

Hi there, when I e-file federal and California, I got the message "Your Transmission Didn't Go Through". The error code is FAILED_VALIDATION. I followed the instruction and Check for Updates. My software is up to date. I am on Mac OS. How to resolve this issue? Thank you!
