Thanks. Found out reason. It was not cookies. Turbo tax needed to be updated. Interestingly it did not prompt me when I signed in. I had to physically request the update.

Is it a way to get around this error? This error keeps occurring right after I transmit my return. I've only filed one return so far, so not sure why the system thinks I used all five e-files already. Now I am trying to file my second return.
