transferring tax2022 data to 2023 TT for Mac

I went through all the steps to transfer my 22 tax data ..it stated that the info had been transferred to my 2023 return…but when I started my 2023 return none of the info had been transferred!  This has never happened to me before.  I have been using turbotax for MAC  for ever.  This is the first time it has not transferred the data.  Is this a glitch in the 23 software?

I followed those instructions  as I always do.  It all worked very smoothly just as described until I got to the screen that says “Let us know if Your info is the Same”.  None of my info from last year had been transferred, even though on a prior screen it stated that all 2022 data had been successfully transferred!  This is very frustrating.  Could it be a glitch in the 2023 software?
