transfer Turbotax 2023 from old to new computer

I purchased Turbotax for 2023 as a download from Target.  I now have a new computer and would like to have that program installed there.  Can it be obtained as a free download or do I have to pay for it again?

The 2023 download should be available on the following TurboTax website, you only need to sign onto your download account -  https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

You can download the TurboTax software at any time for up to three years from the date of purchase at no charge.

I have a Turbotax ID and password, but don't believe that I have a download account, since I downloaded the app from Target.  I could not find any way to navigate to a Turbotax 2023 download.  Only 2024 kept appearing.

There are instructions for amending for 2023, but they assume I either did the work on-line, or that I still have the app on my desktop.
