I'm extremely disappointed with Mint. I've been using this set of tools for over a decade, but in the last year or two it has become less useful to the point that relying on it as I have in the past is now causing serious issues. Transactions haven't updated from my Wealthfront accounts since July (though balances continue to be updated) my primary credit card is showing no transactions at all (again, though, balances are up-to-date). I couldn't be more frustrated and it looks like I'll have to find a new way to keep track of my finances.

The chat link that I said was not working? Not helpful. After several chat efforts I received one response with a name and then no follow up. Is there another way to contact customer service? Kind of pointless using mint if the data isn’t there.

I has become an issue with updating accounts but you should get all of your money out of Wealthfront ... they are a terrible "company".
