I received a direct deposit from TPG yesterday and it was less than half of what I was supposed to get for my federal tax refund! It was approved more than a month ago by the IRS. I’ve already paid my fees to file with TurboTax. Every time I call TurboTax the automated voice is telling me to call the IRS which are not the ones responsible for distributing the wrong amount.
Can somebody reach out to me about this please? I have never had this happen before, I have been filing using TurboTax for YEARS and they have always been prompt and accurate until now.

We've seen several posts similar to yours. It seems that there are more items than usual for which the IRS may be making adjustments. Typically, if the IRS adjusts your refund, you'll receive a letter of explanation in a couple of weeks. I'm sharing a few items below that may help you understand what's going on.
