TLS 1.2 not dected

Every time I start Turbotax I get this pop-up screen indicating that my "system's security setting needs to be changed in order for Turbotax to run securely". Next screen shows steps to fix it, involving enablilng TLS 1.2, upon checking my system setting TLS 1.2 is already enabled, so this error should have not happened at all. One strange thing on the "steps to fix it" is to "open Internet Explorer", which no longer exists in Windows. I wonder if this is some old outdated error that Turbotax needs to address?
