Timing of Amended 2021 Return

On my 2022 return I am claiming section 1256 contracts loss carryback to 2021.

I have amended my 2021 return to incorporate this carryback loss from 2022.

I still have a few other things to work out on my 2022 tax return and have filed for an extension.

My question is can I go ahead and submit my amended 2021 return prior to submitting my 2022 return?

Or should I wait until my 2022 return has been completed and submitted before filing my amended 2021 return? There is nothing going to change on my 2022 return that will affect my amended 2021 return and the amended return is good to go. My amended 2021 return does not result in any additional payment.
